One of our HR practices is to listen, communicate and connect with the staff regularly. Open, transparent and frequent communication with staff on both good and bad news fosters trust and goes a long way in building staff loyalty.
We use multiple channels like Management Meetings (twice a month), staff meeting (once every month), off line or informal chats with team leaders and colleagues , open door offices of the most senior management to regularly connect and communicate with staff.
Our yearly online employee Survey allows the staff to freely comment on any decision and business strategy. We believe that empowering staff to voice their ideas, concerns and feedback is a key piece in keeping them happy.
In light of the above, the staff survey results for 2015 is:
